What is the warranty policy?
All television products selling through any offline stores or online eCommerce channels will be covered under 1 Year On-Site warranty from the date of purchase.
How can I claim the warranty?
Once you have purchased a product, you need to register that product on https://www.stanleeindia.com/register-product this page, Here you have to fill basic details and your product got registered for warranty else you can register the product by contacting our customer support team at helpline numbers (+918929394607-09-10) or WhatsApp Support. For warranty purposes, you can also reach us at email@example.com.
How can I find if my product is registered or not?

All our products are eligible for a free replacement within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different/wrong item delivered to you.
To contact us, you need to drop a mail at email@example.com with your order information and tell us your concern.
After getting your concern, We will be scheduling one of our technicians to your location under 24-48 working hrs.
Note: In case, our technician fails to fix your issue, we will pick up your product and when it reaches us, we will be sending a new product to you. Note: While repacking the box to us, make sure to keep all the items and original accessories for a successful return pick-up.
Mandatory Task: Once the product is delivered, The customer need to shoot a video of Unboxing the product to check whether the product is safe or not. In a rare case, If it's damaged, the customer needs to send us the same video on support@StanleeIndia.com. This applies to all the orders fulfilled by Stanlee India. In case, the customer doesn't shoot a video of Unboxing and contact us for the damaged product, the company won't be accepting the replacement request.
